Casadona Place is wholly owned by Casadona Properties and is a 254 suite luxury rental apartment which was completed in the fall of 2019. It is ideally situated in the Seton community with proximity to the South Health Campus hospital, YMCA at Seton and to the future Green Line LRT. The Seton residential community is being developed as a vibrant urban community with walking access to parks, schools, hospitals, restaurants, employment centers and shopping amenities.

The center is wholly owned by Casadona Properties and was constructed in 2016 in accordance with high quality standards.  Auburn Bay Station is the only commercial site in Auburn Bay and houses approximately 23 individual tenants in nine separate buildings across an 8-acre parcel.  The anchor tenant is Co-op Grocery, Liquor and Gas Bar and is supported by national, regional and local tenants.
